My name is Lucy Teixeira. I use my 11 years in practice to bring balance back into your life. I use my extensive knowledge as a registered Homeopath, Bio Resonance Practitioner, Homeobotanical Practitioner and Cytoplan supplements to bring real healthy balance back to your family and life.


I specialise in bringing balance to women and men who are hormonally out of balance. It is my experience that almost everyone can benefit from a Homeobotanicals remedy to improve their digestion which is like our second brain for symptoms like: bloating, pain, constipation, IBS symptoms and indigestion.

About Homeopathy

Homoeopathy is an effective system of healing which assists the natural tendency of the body to heal itself. It dates back 200 years and is used in 80 countries worldwide by over 300 million people.


Conventional medicine regularly suppresses the problem with chemicals and forces it deeper into the body. Homeopathic treatment is able to consider these suppressions and work accordingly.

Homoeopathy recognizes that all symptoms are expressions of disharmony within the whole and that it is the patient that needs treatment and not the disease. Homoeopathy is based on the principle of ‘like cures like’. This means that a little bit of what makes you ill will make you healthy. This can be demonstrated with the remedy Allium Cepa which is made from the onion. When chopping an onion it is common to experience burning eyes and a runny nose. If a patient has hayfever with these specific symptoms then the remedy Allium Cepa will be given. There are many thousands of remedies which are made from the plant, animal and mineral kingdoms.

Many people use homeopathy because they have already used homeopathic remedies successfully in first aid situations or they have heard from others how well it has worked in treating long-standing conditions. It is a natural form of medicine with no side effects and can be used in conjunction with other medication with no contraindications. Some people turn to homeopathy because they want to relieve the side effects of prescription medicine.

Naturally Well Homeopathy is located at 2 Darell Road, Caversham, Reading, RG4 7AY. I see clients from the greater Reading and Caversham areas.

I also offer homeopathic health screening and case taking via Zoom, WhatsApp and Facetime.

Sessions

If you come to my clinic in Caversham, you can expect the initial consultation to last 1.5 hours.


In that time I will ask you for a detailed account of your symptoms, your medical history and what you are like as a person. Homeopaths need this information to determine the cause and possible triggers of your illness, and to treat you as an individual. You will then be given a remedy to take based on your specific symptoms, which will be a small pill or in liquid form.


Follow-up consultations will typically take place in 3-6 weeks to assess changes and improvements. The number of consultations will depend on what type of illness you have and how long you have had it.


Home visits can be arranged in certain circumstances.
